Drum Set/Marching Snare, Tenors, Bass
I am currently a Junior in the North Hollywood High School Highly Gifted Magnet. I have been playing percussion for six years, starting with drum set in middle school, then moving to marching percussion in high school. I've performed at various competitions and concerts with the Royal Regiment band. I have also marched tenor drums with the LAUSD All City Marching Band for the 2020 Rose Parade. I hope to pass on the knowledge and insight given to me by my teachers to other students like me.

Hi, I’m John. I am currently a percussionist at NHHS and have been playing since 7th grade. Besides that, I’ve also performed with the LAUSD All City Honor Marching Band. Honestly, I started drumming because I saw so many cool drummers, and the intensity and soul that I saw come out it what made me want to follow this passion. I believe everyone starts out somewhere, and no matter what experience you have, you can make it to the top. I myself am willing to continue this journey of music and see where it takes me. I hope you will do the same.

Hey! My name is Noah, and I am a percussionist for the North Hollywood Marching Band, bassist for the school’s Jazz Band, and a classically trained pianist. I have been playing piano for about 10/11 years now, bass for 5, and percussion for 6. Currently, I am in a band with a couple of friends and I’m hoping to teach kids many different styles of playing. A fun fact about me is that my favorite styles of music are Classical, Funk & Jazz, Metal, and Djent.
