OUR STORY

We are students from public high schools in Los Angeles, California. Our band and orchestra are the school's shining star music program. Students come to band and orchestra for many reasons - some for the love of music, some to showcase and improve their talents, and some to find a place to belong, to be part of something bigger than themselves. We want to share that love of music and the sense of belonging that we found. There are many students who don't have the resources or opportunities to study music. Many are stuck home alone due to the current health crisis. We want to extend a helping hand and open a window into the beautiful world of music to help bring people together.
